I recently stayed at a hotel in a lovely town and had a wonderful experience. the location was fantastic - centrally located near the shops and just a short walk to the promenade by the lake. Secondly, the staff were extremely attentive and provided great service throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice shower and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was also a highlight, with freshly scrambled eggs. this hotel provided great value for money and I would highly recommend it.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, great location walkable to the beach and restaurants, decent breakfast with garden view, cosy and comfortable atmosphere, helpful and English-speaking staff.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a centrally located area in the small town. It is close to everything but San Martin is not very big, so it's perfect for exploring on foot. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The rooms are comfortable with a nice shower and good views to the mountains.
Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

Got a good value for our money with a package that included a bottle of champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was located near restaurants and shops, and also close to a beautiful lake.
The staff was not very friendly or helpful. We had some issues with the wifi, which was inconvenient because we wanted to watch a movie.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the promenade by the lake and the city center. It is also very near to the bus stop, making it ideal for travelers. the rooms are spacious and clean, with good facilities such as a TV with various channels and effective Wi-Fi. the staff is helpful and accommodating, providing guidance on local attractions. the breakfast is decent with a variety of options to choose from.
One downside is the lack of air conditioning, but they provide an effective fan for comfort.

This hotel was the perfect location for me as it was close to everything including the beach, restaurants and transportation. The room was clean and comfortable with great hotel facilities such as free breakfast and private parking. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, speaking English and offering assistance with local tours.
It was all superb.

Had a fun time during Xmas holidays at this hotel. the breakfast spread was fantastic with plenty of options. the room was cozy and had a good view of the nearby mountains. the hotel was conveniently located near the lake and the city center, enabling us to explore the town without any hassle.
The staff was not very friendly and despite the festive season, they didn't seem to have put in much effort to make the guests feel welcomed. the room was not cleaned properly and we found hairs in the bathroom.
